In-stock orders normally ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is $6.95, and orders of $50 or more ship free.
Local handoff may be available in the Tarpon Springs area by prior arrangement. Please email us before ordering; no public pickup location is currently offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include the order number and a photo when damage is visible, and we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.
Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot accept general returns of opened coffee.
Privacy
This website does not collect payment information. Purchases are completed through Square, which processes the information required to fulfill and support an order under its own privacy practices.
If you email us, we use the information you provide only to respond to your question, coordinate a handoff, or help with an order. We do not sell personal information.
